How does it work? Everything is online.  You log onto your account at the time most convenient to you.  You can download your session content for use between sessions or leave it all on your account to return back to.  The choice is yours.

Plus, unlike online training courses, where you’re left alone to struggle through, you get input from me as your coach between sessions to ensure that you see fast results, keep on track and keep making progress.

Your investment is just £432 which gives you access to the online modules in your account for as long as you need them.  And that’s not all.  During the first three months, as you work through the modules, you get online and email support, and up to three “panic button” 5 minute calls (to take during the first three months) in case you need a quick prompt to get you back on track.
